About Me
My name is James Seymour, but my friends call me Will. I'm a recent Computer Science graduate working in software development.
I am ambitious and invested in my chosen field, sleepless Saturday nights spent learning and experimenting with new tools aren't uncommon for me right now. Software
Engineering and Data Science are the areas I am spending most of my time on currently, but I have a wide range of interests.
Before beginning my career in technology I worked in Health Care and Customer Service. My time in these industries
has provided me with valuable experience in working with people of different backgrounds and perspectives that has benefited all of my endeavors.
I strive to be objective and empathetic in my dealings with people as I believe this leads to the best outcomes for everyone,
and facilitates the most efficient cooperation.

Work Experience
PowerSouth Energy CooperativeProgrammer/Analyst II
I work on a small team developing and maintaining the organization's suite of internal business applications and reports. These systems cover a wide range of domains and are implemented mainly with Oracle application frameworks and reporting tools like Oracle Forms, APEX, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports. We work on projects usually individually or in pairs handling the entire development life cycle from initial proposal evaluation through development ending with taking ownership over continuing maintenance and support.
Lincare Inc.
Service Representative
My work at Lincare covered a range of experiences from working in the field selling and servicing medical equipment to reviewing medical documentation and coordinating care between different industry stakeholders. Later in my time with the company I was responsible for many aspects of the order process such as collating and processing the plethora of detailed clinical documentation required by the industry.
Sitel Operating Corp.
Customer Service Representative
I worked here in a call center on a contract for a company called Pinnacle Entertainment that owns many high-quality casino/hotels. I maintained a position working on the VIP line based on quality control metrics, and worked closely with operations management proactively coordinating our policies with the procedures used at Client properties.
